Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately, due to items constantly changing in the store we do not accept exchanges or refunds. Store credit may be granted if a customer would like a refund or exchange for an item. Please see the refund policy for procedure regarding refunds and exchanges
** REQUIREMENTS FOR EXCHANGE **

If returning an item it must be postmarked within 5 days of the date of original delivery. In return package please include: Name, Order #, and reason for return. The item will be inspected upon arrival. Item must be unworn, undamaged, clean, and unused. If an item is returned and appears to be worn, damaged, a final sale item, or postmarked past the 5 day cut off from the original date of delivery, it will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship the item back.

--> Phone cases can take up to 14 business days (excluding weekends) to be shipped since they are made to order. However, we tend to ship them before then.
-----> We offer ROUTE shipping insurance at checkout. If you opt of out the package insurance we will not replace a damaged or missing package. Order without insurance at your own risk.
